Brand Story:Generative AI Healthcare Robot

The Birth of Everbot Technology | Smart Care Starting from Daily Hospital Ward Routine

Seeing the daily workload of nurses, we should make medical AI robots into real colleagues, not just exhibits.

Everbot Technology originated from our deep insights into the everyday routine of hospital wards: the late-night nursing stations, the continuous sound of call bells, mounting paperwork, and endless errands. Many nurses told us that what truly consumes their physical and mental energy are the repetitive processes that cannot be ignored; what is truly hard to sacrifice is the time spent accompanying and explaining things to patients and their families.

Give time back to patients and their families

Our top three priorities:

These commitments stem from the genuine voices of frontline nurses and clinical teams, and are the starting point for Changlian Technology's design of every AI function and intelligent robot.

Therefore, we decided to return to the clinical frontlines to listen. Working side-by-side with nursing departments and clinical teams, we started with the concept of "a colleague that understands human speech, can move around, and is trustworthy," bringing Generative AI into daily care step by step.

1
Clinically Effective:
Features are not for show. They must reduce the load during shift handovers, health education, navigation, delivery, and real-time communication.
2
Safe & Trusted:
Data minimization, localized computing, and strict permission management that respects medical regulations and internal hospital workflows.
3
Human Collaboration:
Every dialogue and every task is designed starting from the experience of the nurse and the patient.
Extending from daily ward routines, a complete AI-powered smart healthcare landscape has emerged.

Everbot does not view the robot as a mere product, but as an "Empowered Colleague." It is willing to make extra trips down the hallway, repeat health education instructions multiple times, and wait patiently for orders, allowing nurses to save their focus for critical clinical judgments and care. We believe that when repetition is left to machines and value is returned to humans, the rhythm of care will become balanced; every morning and late night in the hospital can have a little less haste and a little more composure.

On the process side, we do the following:
  • Introduce medical supply delivery robots and autonomous ward round monitoring systems to assist with movement, reminders, and routine checks.
  • By combining with a remote ward round system for physicians, professional judgment can be made without being limited by distance or time.
  • Through AI-powered smart healthcare solutions, the information flow and human resource allocation in the care process can be restructured.
From the user experience perspective, we think about it this way:
  • Reduce anxiety about seeking medical care by using patient health education and consultation services and hospital environment navigation robots.
  • By pairing with a medical meal ordering service platform, dietary, care, and health education information can be fully integrated.
  • What patients and their families should feel is "more relaxed companionship," rather than interaction that is distanced by technology.

We believe that when repetitive tasks are handed over to machines and value is left to humans, the pace of care will return to an appropriate level; every morning and night in the hospital can be less rushed and more relaxed.
